Scrapbookit was started in 2005 and has grown from a small home based business to a thriving scrapbooking and craft shop in the heart of Myrtleford.  Owner Joanne Caird attributes the success to the passion and drive of local craft enthusiasts.

The recent expansion to include a design team from all over Australia means that Scrapbookit can offer inspiration and motivation for your craft projects from gift cards to intricate layouts.

Joanne Caird is a mum of 4 who lives on a farm with her partner in beautiful Bright.  Always having loved craft, her dream came true when she bought Scrapbookit in October 2010.  Spending her days surrounded by inspirational papers, embellishments and craft accessories keeps Joanne smiling!

Meet the design team:

Mel Field is a wife, mother, a primary school teacher and addicted to scrapbooking!  Living in North East Victoria she enjoys scrapbooking to step away from everyday life and has a real flair for it!  Her inclusion in the Design Team will bring a vibrant, fresh approach to how you scrap!

As much as my hubby hates scrapbooking, I love having some me time!

Monica Brady is a married Mummy to 4 little rascals who has been scrapbooking for 7 years now and loves it more and more everyday!

Chantal is happily married to Jason and has two totally gorgeous girls – Lucy (7) and Heidi (3).  She has now been scrapbooking for 3 years.

What initially began as a fun way to preserve my family's memories has now turned into a whole lot more! Chantal has a passion for bright and bold colours, textures and designs on her projects, and has been incorporating more and more of her art and cartooning techniques in her work lately.

"I enjoy finding new ways of using products, and often find myself discovering fun new techniques in the process too!  I'm really looking forward to sharing my creations with you all! "

Liz Hocking is a wife, mother and grandmother and has been scrapbooking for six years.  She felt the need for this hobby as her husband was a keen photographer when their children were growing up and she had quite a stash of photos hidden away. 

Since then many and varied albums have been completed, with Liz's favourite being a totally black and white wedding album she completed for her son and daughter-in-law.

"I love playing with new techniques and  if I had to say my favourite it would have to be paper rolling and using walnut ink.  My style is constantly changing, however, I do tend to lean towards multi photo layouts."
